| SEASONAL STORAGE INFORMATION Thank you for your interest in storing your vehicle/equipment at the Ionia Free Fair grounds. Storage dates for the 2009-2010 season will run from October 19th, 2009 thru April 5th, 2010. Feel free to download, print and complete the enclosed forms with the necessary information and return them when you bring your vehicle in for storage. We will also need payment in full at the time of storage, along with a current copy of your vehicle's insurance. Storage fees will be $9.00 per foot for the entire season. ALL measuring will be done by the fair staff. The following buildings are available for storage equipment: Floral Building, Quonsets, Big Barn, and Exhibition Building ALL STORAGE MUST BE REMOVED BY APRIL 5, 2010 All boats will be measured from tongue to the prop. Measuring will be done by Fair staff. All measuring will be rounded to the nearest foot. All batteries MUST be unhooked. All engines on the boats must be lifted up. Any leaks of transmission fluid, engine oil, or fluids of any type during time of storage will be subject to $50.00 clean up charge. Any storage not removed by April 5, 2010 will be subject to a charge of $1.00 per foot, per day. All storage equipment must be insured. Fair is not responsible for any damage to equipment. **Please be sure to include a copy of insurance at time of storage or have your insurance company fax a copy to 616-527-4388.** |
